Pelvic Health core-pak
From Level 1 to certification eligible.
The Pelvic Health core-pak covers Levels 1 through 3, taught hands-on in small cohorts with supervision at every step. Finish all three levels and you are certification eligible.
What is included
The levels
Level 1
Your introduction to pelvic health, with internal vaginal and rectal assessments taught.
Level 2
Focused on bowel health, with rectal assessment covered again.
Level 3
Advanced pelvic pain.
How it works
Hands-on from the first hour.
Lectures come first
Complete the recorded lectures before the retreat, so every hour on site is spent hands-on.
Small cohorts
Cohorts of 10 to 20 in an intimate retreat setting, where you get seen and corrected, not lost in a crowd.
Real supervision
Supervision and feedback on your technique at every step, the whole time.
Your stay is included
We cover three nights of lodging, the night before the course and both nights of training, so you sleep where you learn and never break the experience to commute.
Meals provided
All meals are included and shared with your cohort and instructors. The long-table dinners are where the real conversations happen.
Finance over two years
An in-house payment plan spreads the cost across 24 months.

Finishing all three pelvic health levels makes you certification eligible. From there you apply, submit your 2,000 hours of patient care relevant to pelvic health and a written case report, then sit the exam.
